We’re partnering with a leading global healthcare tech company to recruit a Director, IT Sourcing — a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sourcing excellence across a ~$500M IT spend portfolio. This leader will develop and execute global category strategies across hardware, software, services, and telecom, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT objectives and supplier performance goals. The role requires a strong balance of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior IT and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead global IT sourcing strategy and execution across key categories.

Partner with IT and business leaders to align sourcing with strategic priorities.

Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.
