Senior Financial Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Industry:  Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid | 2 days a week in Schaumburg, Illinois

Compensation:  Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Overview:

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst who will support financial reporting, operational analysis, forecasting, and business performance management.

 

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that will work closely with finance and operational leadership to develop meaningful reporting, analyze labor and production performance, support the month-end close process, and improve the organization’s use of financial and operational data.

 

The successful candidate will also play an important role in supporting the company’s recently implemented financial planning and reporting platform, including report development, user support, training, and ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting activities.

  • Analyze financial, labor, production, and operational performance metrics.

  • Develop and improve KPIs, dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses.

  • Prepare financial presentations and insights for finance, operations, and senior leadership.

  • Identify performance trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of financial results.

  • Partner with operational leaders to improve visibility into business performance.

  • Support the continued adoption of the company’s financial planning and reporting platform.

  • Serve as a system super-user by developing reports, supporting users, and providing training.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Approximately 3–7 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience.

  • Experience within manufacturing, plant operations, distribution, packaging, printing, or another operationally complex environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and month-end close processes.

  • Experience analyzing labor, production, cost, efficiency, or other operational performance metrics.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

  • Experience with an ERP, financial planning, or enterprise performance management platform.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.

  • Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage recurring responsibilities alongside ad hoc requests.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.

Director, Travel & Meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Industry:  Healthcare Technology

Location: Twin Cities, MN (In-Office). No remote option available. Relocation assistance available.

Compensation: Base salary range $160k–$240k + cash bonus + LTI. Robust total rewards and benefits package.

Overview:

We’re partnering with a leading global healthcare technology company to recruit a Director, Travel & Meetings — a global leadership role overseeing a $500M+ spend portfolio across corporate travel, meetings, and events. This leader will shape and drive category strategy across a mature, complex environment — optimizing spend, strengthening governance, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. The role requires a blend of analytical depth, strategic influence, and a consultative mindset to deliver measurable value across the enterprise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Travel & Meetings category strategy, program governance, and supplier management.

  • Partner with business, finance, and functional leaders to align sourcing initiatives with enterprise priorities.

  • Drive optimization through demand management, policy compliance, and performance analytics.

  • Leverage data insights to influence decision-making and enhance stakeholder collaboration.

  • Foster continuous improvement and best practices in category performance and supplier engagement.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with significant experience in Travel & Meetings category management.

  • Proven success managing large-scale, global programs in mature corporate environments.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance across diverse regions.

  • Consulting experience or a strong consultative mindset highly preferred.
